- Overall responsible for construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of projects from manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
- Ensure to practice effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliance issue.
Requirements:
- CSCPM Certified.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Construction industry.
