- Liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams
- Process all inbound escalations from the Sales Team email and/or phone call
- Effectively communicate resolutions direct to end-customers
- Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
- Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to
- invoicing such as credit block.
- Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update on any new
- developments in the marketplace, for example: competitor behaviors, product issues,
- customer changes, wins or potential misses and report in monthly sales meeting.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and
- decision-making skills
