- To be the data custodian for the brand, maintaining and monitoring the customer and prospect databases and behavior trends to ensure data quality, accuracy, and regular updating. At the same time providing timely reports, analysis and recommendations.
- To promote the right data input practices and processes across the entire team.
- Monitor, analyse, evaluate and report on sales funnel, service throughput, retail campaign Performance, effectiveness and ROI.
- Leverage on Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and automation to formulate data-driven analytics report and market relevant products to new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement CRM plans and activities, and to improve the overall customer experience with the brand and dealership to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Regular evaluation of customer touch points, CRM processes, database management cleansing, customer retention activities, aftersales lifestyle management, collaboration and sponsorship requests.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
