Location: Woodlands
Job Description:
- Arrange and execute various supporting tasks such as sorting and archiving of document, internal dispatching, document mailing/courier
- Coordinate and provide support for all clinic meetings and events. This includes managing the logistics such as setting the date, booking of meeting rooms and catering of refreshments
- Sorting of document in preparation for digital archiving
- Perform clinic's assets recording and updating
- Ensure eFax/Phone/Email enquiries go to respective stakeholders and close on time
- Assists with store housekeeping and related activities as assigned
- Distribute collaterals & consumables throughout clinic
- On an ad-hoc basis, may be required to assist with patient registration and engagement
- Perform any other administrative duties that may be assigned by Clinic Operations management team
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Business or similar w min 1 yrs of relevant admin experience
