We are seeking an exceptional high technical talent recruiter to join our client's team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support accordingly.
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Work closely with hiring manager and HRBP to create compensation packages for successful candidates, and see-through offer closure with successful negotiations with candidate
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including exit interviews and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company to ensure compliance
- Assist in employer branding efforts to promote the company's reputation as a best employer of choice.
- Innovate and execute projects to improve recruiting process
Qualifications:
- Minium 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.
- Experienced in talent acquisition across the APAC (SG, HK and JP) market.
- Organised and objective driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Working in the MNC IT consulting firm is an additional plus.
