Job Description:
- Developing and managing SOPs for Admin functions
- Review processes & admin policies
- Review and implement Knowledge Management (KM)
- Answer members’ queries (walk-in / email / call / Whatsapp)
- Disseminating information to members
- Sales of promo attraction tickets / event tickets / movie vouchers
- Preparation of engagement sessions with members
- Arrange delivery of wreath / get well baskets to BOs
- Collate attendance for dialogue sessions, etc
- Submission of monthly PayNow collections report to Finance
- Manage Facebook and Telegram Channel
