Responsibilities:
- attending to incoming calls, typing and sorting of mails
- creat and maintain proper indexes for documents filled in records
- distribution of emails, mails and correspondences
- assist the Project Manager/ Project Coordinator in administrating documents, purchase orders and contracts at the site office
- arrange for supplies to be delivered in a timely manner either to store or site where required
- update manpower movement constantly
Requirements:
- Possess at least a GCE O-Level Certificate
- Working expereince in a realted field would be an advantage
- Proficient in Mircrosoft software
