Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, sales and marketing, and business growth through Partnership Distribution. He/she will expand the partnership base (both FAs and Banks), develop and execute product marketing strategies, develop and roll out training programs for partners, and provide inputs to product development teams.
He/she will develop budgets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to the senior management. He/she will be expected to spend considerable amount of time in meetings with potential/existing partners and in ensuring that the right mix of capabilities, product knowledge and sales skills are developed by them.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have:
- A diploma/graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- At least 5 years of work experience, preferably with well-established Insurance companies
- Strong experience in managing FA and Banks as channel partners
- Effective contacts amongst independent FAs and Banks in Singapore
- Good business development, marketing and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Good communication and presentation skills; Ability to speak at corporate events
- Independent. Resourceful. Willing to work in small multi-ethnic teams.
