Sales Executive (B2B)
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base (B2B) within the air conditioning sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You’ll work closely with our sales and technical teams to drive sales and prepare quotations, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and the best solutions for their needs.

● Salary Range: $2,500 - $4,000 negotiable based on experience and sales target
● 5 Day Work Week
● Office based at Ubi
● Industry : Mechanical Engineering (Air Conditioning)
Responsibilities
● Identify and target potential clients in the air conditioning market - grow new leads, including
marketing, by calls to action and meet potential clients
● Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
● Participate in the tender process via GeBiz platform
● Follow-up on sales enquiries email.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
● Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
● Diploma in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Industrial or any related field
● At least 1 to 3 years working experience, preferably in B2B sales or client-facing roles
● Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers)
● Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated with good working attitude
● Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
