We are hiring an Administrative Support to be the friendly face of the office and a vital part of the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the intercom, screen/forward calls, greet and assist visitors.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure common areas (reception/pantry) are tidy.
- Manage visitor passes and security, including registration into the building and office systems.
- Handle mail: collect, sort, distribute, and arrange deliveries (courier, DHL, FedEx).
- Maintain inventory (stationery, IT equipment, pantry items) and manage basic office maintenance (e.g., copiers, coffee machines).
- Support the Admin Executive with tasks like filing, data entry, travel bookings, and event coordination.
- Provide administrative coverage for the Admin Executive during her absence.
- Manage various ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A diploma, ITE or equivalent, additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in managing daily tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
