Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Learn to process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (eg. CPF, IRAS)
- Leave and Attendance Management:Manage employee attendance and leave records with training on HR systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking of leave entitlements and usage.
- Employee Contracts & HR Documentation: Prepare employment contracts and offer letters to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding and the offboarding process.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in payroll and benefits administration.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or degree in any field.
- Experience: No prior HR experience required. Mid-career professionals transitioning from other fields are welcome.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
