- General administration task and filing
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails, telephone calls or social media platform.
- Follow up on customers and staff enquiries.
- Data entry of invoice and preparation of varies monthly reports.
- Process monthly invoices.
- Compute of staff monthly timesheet
