We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales and Reporting Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of sales reports, maintaining comprehensive databases, and supporting sales and service reimbursement processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, have experience with Tableau, SAP, and possess strong analytical skills. You will also be responsible for managing parts claims, processing credit/debit notes, and performing various reconciliation and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze sales data to produce accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Process and manage service inclusivity and sales support reimbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement processing.
- Generate detailed reports for dealers and importers, including sales, purchase, and forecast reports.
- Analyze and interpret data to support sales and purchasing decisions.
- Maintain and update the Excel database for wholesale report generation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for Tableau integration.
- Enter and submit manual parts claims for credit/debit claims.
- Process credit/debit notes as necessary.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports.
- Raise royalty invoice requests as part of the reporting process.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for the finance team.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of reconciliations.
- Verify that incoming orders and invoices are invoiced correctly according to the purchase order and pricing.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review and qualify dealers for special pricing on a quarterly basis.
- Request invoices as necessary for qualified dealers.
- Oversee the entire testing lifecycle of operating systems, including end-to-end quality checks.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in test systems, identify bugs, and raise issues for resolution.
- Undertake any other tasks defined by the parts and pricing department.
- Support various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales reporting, financial analysis, or data management role.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience using SAP for data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
