We are currently looking for a Document Controller/Procurement Admin to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify and acknowledge receipt of the documents in accordance with the agreed document control procedure
- Ensure all documentation is organised as per the client's requirements.
- Experience in doing procurement administration using SAP
- Work closely with the Project management staff and Project team for Automation, Process Engineering and Validation departments.
- Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including vendor documents, system data book, P&IDs, isometrics, test plan and protocol.
- Set up document control library.
- Interact with project teams on the preparation and submission of project documents.
- Update and maintain the master document register to provide timely and accurate report of document status.
- Must have done construction projects either as part of the client side team or EPCM in large scale Pharma projects.
- Must be able to work in Tuas
