We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our HR team as an HR Executive. The HR Executive will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR.
Responsibilities
Employee Life Cycle
- Manages the life cycle of every employee within the company.
- Coordinates new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating employee training sessions.
- Administers employee benefits programs such as health insurance, provident fund programs, statutory pension scheme etc.
- Processes resignation process and ensure that all accounts and programs are terminated.
Recruitment
- Assists in hiring and recruiting new employees.
- Posts job openings on various job portals.
- Schedules interviews and conduct initial screenings.
Payroll
- Processes regional payroll on a monthly basis, which includes submission of statutory payments.
- Performs year end submission such as IR21, IR8A.
- Submits all government claims
Others
- Provides administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records in the system.
- Applies and renews work passes.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assists with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees as needed.
- Maintains compliance with regional offices’ employment laws and regulations.
- Assists in company events, employee engagements, etc.
- Assists with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
