- Solution selling of Faststream's services, including executive searches, permanent and contract recruitment, and consultancy services.
- Engaging with and consulting hiring managers and decision-makers to strategize around their past, present, and future business needs.
- Conducting market mapping of maritime companies and talent, using our market-leading database and CRM for a strong head start on any assignment.
- Identifying outstanding professionals and aligning them with opportunities to advance their career goals and aspirations.
- Matching talent through in-depth screening and interviews, assessing both hard and soft skills, as well as candidate motivations.
