Experience in sales, business development, and key account management provides a strong foundation for success in this role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution selling of Faststream's services, including executive searches, permanent and contract recruitment, and consultancy services.
  • Engaging with and consulting hiring managers and decision-makers to strategize around their past, present, and future business needs.
  • Conducting market mapping of maritime companies and talent, using our market-leading database and CRM for a strong head start on any assignment.
  • Identifying outstanding professionals and aligning them with opportunities to advance their career goals and aspirations.
  • Matching talent through in-depth screening and interviews, assessing both hard and soft skills, as well as candidate motivations.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with companies to secure top talent while helping individuals shape their careers to reach new heights
