Our client is a Logistic industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Assistant/HR Manager (Business Partner) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.
Duties:
- Lead and manage HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, compliance, and policy development. Ensure alignment with company goals and legal standards.
- Work with stakeholders to plan and implement workforce strategies. Advise on resource planning, organizational structure, and change management.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies. Source, assess, and recommend candidates. Ensure fair and unbiased selection practices. Enhance onboarding processes.
- Define learning needs and career development paths. Guide performance management processes. Identify and groom talent for leadership roles.
- Advise on compensation strategies and benefits. Support employee engagement activities. Manage labour relations to achieve harmony and performance goals.
- Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs. Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR practices and policies
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any equivalent
- Min 5 to 8 years of HR experience
- Experienced in HR technology and applications (eg. SAP SuccessFactors)
