Responsible
- Support locations manpower planning requirement and oversee recruitment of all outlets to fill any manpower shortfall.
- Deal with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass matters including submission of EP/S/WP passes and renewals.
- Manage staff annual leave and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records leave recording, employee relations activities etc
- Ensure HR databases are updated (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
- Provide orientations for new staff hiring and explaining company policies.
- Administrative duties and daily HR operations
- Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Candidate experience with beauty/retail industry will be a bonus
- Proven work experience as HR administrator senior / manager
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and employment laws.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Good communication (spoken and written)
- Positive, motivated and able to perform under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel
