Job Description
- Perform administrative works & support in administrative team duties
- Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of estate
- Clearing of mailboxes and distribution of documents to other relevant departments
- Answering phones and responding to requests and enquiries
- Maintainance of office inventory and equipment.
- General administrative duties
- Other adhoc duties
- Step by step training will be provided in the duties given
- Candidates will be well trained to a Professional individual in adminstrative and management duties
Requirement
- Minimum 'O' Level, Higher Nitec / Diploma & above
- Possess 2 years administrative work experience in construction sector
- Good interpersonal skills, mature presentation and eager to learn (with mentor guidance)
- Good communication skills, fluence in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, concerns and feedbacks from Chinese speaking clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful, has initiative and self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Good time management skill
- Team player with a winning attitude
- Able to commence work immediately
