Our client is one of the leading bakeries in Singapore. They are expanding their team and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated Cafe Manager to join their team and make a difference by delivering the best customer service they can offer to their clients.
Job Description:
• Manage cafe operations including preparing beverages like coffee, tea and hot desserts like waffles.
• Oversee and supervise staff in the preparation of menu items
• Assist with managing all F&B and day-to-day operations, ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Cafe Manager in leading the Operations team by attracting and training and appraising talented personnel, nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Formulate and execute business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Monitor inventory levels in-store
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail/F&B environment in a managerial role
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Google, restaurant management software, POS)
• Knowledge of barista skill would be an advantage
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 days with 44 hours per week
