Requirements:

- Some experience in project administration is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to project teams to ensure efficient project operations.
- Assist with scheduling, taking meeting minutes, and managing logistics.
- Organize and manage project documentation and reports.
Communication
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
- Handle emails and phone calls, keeping all parties updated.
Project Coordination
- Assist in developing and tracking project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate resources as needed.
