- Execute opening, operating and closing of shifts
- Stock inventory management
- Carry out crisis response and recovery activities in accordance with business continuity policies

- Suggest areas for continuous improvement within work area

Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry
- Infectious love of coffee and has high enthusiasm to share knowledge and skill
- Be a model barista, with excellent communication skills and customer service
- Excellent knowledge of FOH systems, ordering and inventory
- Understand health and safety, and basic food hygiene practices
- Focused perspective on what a high-functioning coffee bar looks like and how to execute
- Detail oriented, punctual and well disciplined
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
