Agridence is a Singapore based tech company that builds solutions for sustainable procurement of agri-commodities. It serves the agri-commodities market with an exclusive platform for farmers, producers, consumers, as well as facilitators such as financial institutions, logistics and warehousing suppliers. Through Agridence, agri-commodities producers and consumers can track pricing, have access to market information and transact directly on the platform. Other offerings provided include value-added services such as financing, insurance and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales and overall account growth for rubber commodity.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and engagement to existing accounts.
- Track and report on account performance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct quarterly and annual business review with client.
- Address and resolve client issues effectively.
- Ability to hit the performance KPIs for accounts as per target.
- Work closely with internal team to address and provide solution for clients' issues effectively.
- Understand the gaps in the product and requirements from customer and inform/co-create with internal team.
- Manage client project priorities along with Technical Account Manager
- Navigate customer dynamic to achieve and drive for sales/revenue KPI
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the tech industry or a related sector. Experience within the agri-commodity industry will be a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience of stakeholder engagement, networking and working collaboratively
- Solid communication, stakeholder (internal and external) management and influencing skills
- Leadership and execution skills
- Troubleshooting capabilities
