Job Responsibilities:
• Drive the execution of the architecting and development of IT application systems
for cloud hosting to maximise benefits from the cloud computing delivery model
• Function as the technology subject matter expert to ensure the successful delivery
of IT application systems in accordance with whole-of-government security and
governance policies
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical and security issues, as
needed
• Review source code, system testing, integration testing, data conversion
documents to verify that specifications are met
• Undertake root cause analysis for system issues and implement preventive and
corrective measures to meet business and performance needs
• Continually seeks ways to improve and streamline work and/or systems processes
to enhance overall user experience.
• Plan and study feasible technology solution to meet users’ requirements
• Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and accurately
defines business need with in specified scope
• Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend
solution that best fits stakeholders' needs
• Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team
remain in agreement on solution scope
• Develop the validation and acceptance criteria with agency users to ensure
acceptance
• Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and
adoption of new solution
