- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary Range: Between $3000 - $3500 (with 0.5 months Completion Bonus)
The Job
- Assist in planning and executing Q1 2025 initiatives to agency force
- Manage and provide support to the sales force of assigned cluster
- Resolve queries and issues raised by agency force
- Disseminate key information and company directions to the agency force, while enforcing quality assurance standards to maintain a highly professional distribution sales force
- Resolve Agency issues such as complaints, handling of appeals, transfer of representatives, termination of representatives and compliance issues by working with related departments
- Monitor and follow-up on Field Force Evaluation
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Our Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
