Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior/ Regional Business Controller to lead the financial strategy and business performance of a well-established multinational company. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence business growth, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business performance improvements by providing financial insights and expertise.
- Drive strategic financial planning by coordinating long-term goals, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Oversee a regional finance team, ensuring business control and growth across the unit.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate capital expenditures, resource allocation, and ROI.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting from a mainstream university preferred.
- A CPA/Masters would be preferred
- Minimum 10 years' strategic financial management experience gained from a corporate/MNC environment with a significant manufacturing asset/s base
- Proven track record in business control or financial management within a multinational environment.
- Strong experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Leadership experience with regional teams.
- Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance monitoring.
