Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager to support our client's Group Treasury Team with daily operations, financing, and hedging activities for the company, including REITs, private funds, and new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the execution and settlement of cash, loans, and forex transactions, including intercompany funding.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of treasury transactions for daily and funding needs.
- Review and negotiate financing offers to secure competitive terms and manage banking facility documentation.
- Advise on hedging strategies for foreign exchange and interest rates, including execution, settlement, and documentation of hedging transactions.
- Support investment and divestment activities, including managing funding and capital/profit repatriation.
- Prepare cash flow budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Prepare treasury updates and presentations for senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
- 8-10 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of money and debt capital markets, loan/ISDA documentation, and financial analysis/modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and a collaborative team player.
