The SAP Business Analyst, SD and CS will be responsible for our SAP Rollout in our sales subsidiaries around the globe as well as supporting them in their daily business and required changes. He/ she shall optimize our business processes by integrating customized SAP solutions. He/ she will be analyzing the processes, collaborating with management on SAP integration, and overseeing the implementation of our SAP solutions.
He/ she supports one of more of our business end to end processes liked Quote-to-Cash, Service-to-Cash, Loan-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Logistics execution and Warehouse Management. He/ She provides solutions for minor changes or enhancements in the system and resolves daily issues. The SAP Business Analyst, SD and CS translates conceptual business requirements into functional specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the technical team. He / She provides best business practice knowledge to aid the design process and communicates proof of concept to stakeholders so that proposed solutions are understood.
Your Mission
- Strong expertise in at least two end to end business processes
- Primary contact for business partner for functional area of responsibility
- Strong understanding of process flow modeling concepts
- Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation
- Translate business requirements into functional design
- Create functional specification documents and partner with development team for solutions
- Manage production support deliverables such as design document, configuration documents and functional specifications.
- Determining how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes.
- Evaluating IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements.
- Perform necessary configuration in SD and CS to meet the requirements of the business solution; to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces
- Ability to debug programs in ABAP
- Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform.
- Coordinate and Provide User Acceptance Testing and Support
- Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.
- Complying with industry regulations.
- Keeping informed of the latest SAP updates, developments, and offerings
Your Talents
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or in a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of work-related experience as a SAP Business or Systems Analyst. Senior role will be offered to candidates with more years of experiences
- Certified in SAP SD or S/4 HANA
- Certification in SAP other modules, CPIM, CSCP, PMP, and Agile preferred.
- Detailed hands-on configuration experience and proficiency in the SAP ERP – main expertise in SAP modules of Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Services (CS/SM) and Logistics Execution (LE), to provide Support and Project related solutions.
- Experience and proficiency in SAP service and sales contracts, pricing, rebates, incentives, and payback/chargeback to provide Support related solutions.
- Fluent in the quote to cash and service to cash processes including the following areas: Quote to Sales order processing, delivery processing, pricing, invoicing, contract management, service order, service notification, repair order, repair estimate, contract & warranty, billing, settlement, inventory, credit & debit, revenue recognition, and BI reporting.
- Understanding of sales & service processes integration with other functional areas like materials management (MM), warehouse management (WM) and finance and controlling (FI-CO).
- Ability to understand business strategy, analyze business processes, and develop technical solutions to support the enterprise.
- Hands-on configuration and minor/major developmental changes implementation.
- Experience in S/4HANA is preferred
- Skilled in the use of the following productivity tools: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Project and Visio are required.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills and ability to read SAP ABAP programming code with Flori Know How
