Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager (Business Manager) to oversee the operations of our car wash facility. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities, ensure smooth operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. As the Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team of car wash employees, including admins, cashiers, and support staff.
Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, such as partnerships, collaborations, or new market segments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase market share.
Explore innovative ideas and technologies to enhance the car wash experience and differentiate the business from competitors.
Qualifications:
- A diploma in any field or Bachelor's degree in business administration or any field will be considered.
- Proven experience in a managerial role / supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and car wash management software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
