Business Intelligence Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Lead. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making, and enhancing business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that support the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reporting platforms.
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for BI solutions.
- Collaborate with Research & Development and Business Operations teams to ensure that BI tools are aligned with business needs and data is accessible and reliable.
- Identify areas of improvement in existing business processes and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of BI projects.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and data interpretation.
- Lead or participate in BI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Experience in the digital assets industry is an advantage.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
- Experience in working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
