SAP ERP Sales Head

The APAC regional ERP Services Sales Solution Advisor is a revenue enabling sales advisory role that is responsible for the overall growth of APAC SAP S4HANA business leveraging SAP Services portfolio.

The role is responsible for defining, implementing and tracking the APAC S4HANA regional Services Sales Strategy. He/She is accountable and responsible for the overall bookings and revenue for the SAP, S/4HANA Services business in APAC region.


Develop and lead S4HANA business planning that generates 4x pipeline opportunity. Key attributes of the role embody ERP Cloud market thought leadership, large S/4HANA transformation/implementation experience and familiarity across the main APAC region.


Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Prepare and own GTM srategy for all market sizes for the selected LoB and end to end Services strategy
  • Participate in APAC regional forecasting strategy and numbers
  • Tracking and engagement in each Market unit to proactively address issues to avoid any risks to deal closure
  • Generate demand and build Demand gen plans that secure a predictable rolling four quarter (R4Q) pipeline for services sales
  • Customer first mindset and experience in delivering business outcome to SAP S4HANA customers
  • Act as an ambassador for S4HANA ERP in internal and external events, partner and customer interactions
  • Create trusted relationships with customers
  • Ensure transparency and predictability of the business on all levels.
  • Expert tracking and realization of financial targets (bookings, revenue) and other strategic KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • The ideal candidate would have over 20 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP portfolio Sales, Program Management with specific experience such as large implementstions, roll outs and business transformation programs.
  • Knowledge and experience with overall SAP S4HANA ERP capabilities such as BTP, SAC, IBP, Group Reporting, Financial Closure, Core business functionalities like Finance, Supply Chain, and Industry Specific solution suits
  • Knowledge of the APAC Cloud market competition
  • Successful experience in developing and closing sales of consulting and services
  • Track record of Pipeline and Opportunity Management success
  • Evidence of successful deal crafting and strategy development
  • Program management working together in diverse teams to develop and close service sales
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills for broad cross function and multi country teams
  • C-Level Communication and Presentation experience
  • Results-driven, high-energy, focused and disciplined individual
