As Technical Consultant, you will be in-charge of pre and post sales, resolve and troubleshoot customers’ technical issue and assist in leads generation activities.
What will you deliver?
- Pre-sales support which involves providing support for sales team during customer engagement, system design configuration, architecture proposals, review tender specifications, on site presentations and classroom/site trainings for customers.
- Develop automation application-related knowledge, execution with demo setups, and assist in customer conversions by demonstrating domain knowledge and commercial sensitivity.
- Provide technical advice to customers for their application requirements based on latest technology and product offerings. And to provide solution offering updates to customers.
- Post-sales support which involves troubleshooting at site, simple commissioning activities, etc, to help resolve customer issue.
- Coordinate with Principal and vendors on training, product updates and support, etc.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or Diploma in Automation Control/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical engineering or related discipline.
· Minimum 2 years related industry experience. Candidates familiar with PLC/SCADA programming & Power/Motion Control system, industrial automation application experience, and with background as system integrator or OEM machine builders will be preferred.
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide solution demonstration and presentation to customer.
· Proven track record to build relationships, influence customers at all levels and service-oriented
· Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
