Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Huawei enterprise networking products after-sales support and network solution reviewing.
• Require to provide network solution/design to office/channel partner/key account customers.
• Require to work as a team with either regional/HQ or Singapore team.
• Require to work under minimum supervision to complete tasks assigned.
• Require to provide high quality technical proposal.
• Require to be able to present technical solution professionally and have technical training for channel partner and customer.
• The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to tasks or job scope being assigned.
• Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor degree in computer science/engineering/telecommunication with distinction.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience for networking designing and maintenance.
• Proficient in STP,VRRP ,OSPF,BGP,MPLS,MPLS-TE, IPSEC VPN,L2VPN,L3VPN,Multicast, IPV6 , QOS,VXLAN
• HCIE certification is a must
• Skills required: networking such as switch, WIFI, router, firewall, SDN technology system integration.
• Preferable with after-sales experience in FSI and Healthcare industry.
• Preferable with data center migration project experience
• Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
