Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer - Salesforce to join agile development team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using Salesforce technologies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met, and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems. Your expertise in Apex development, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs will be key to driving our projects forward.
The Roles:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and user interfaces.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and documentation.
- Participate in system design, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce environments.
The Requirements:
- Development/Customization Experience:
- Apex and Visualforce page development.
- Lightning components development.
- Experience in 3rd party API integrations.
- Data migration experience using tools like Data Loader.
- Configuration Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration (user management, security controls).
- Designing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Experience in reporting and dashboard configuration.
- Knowledge of OmniStudio and Omniscript is a bonus.
- Other Requirements:
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
