Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly progress claims including the calculation of BQ
- Responsible for submission of monthly progress report
- Establishing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and work logic build up
- Defining activities, durations and inter-relationships
- Preparing programme for engineering, procurement and construction
- Programme scheduling and Critical Path Analysis
- Costing and resource loading of the schedule
- Progress measuring, tracking and reporting
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Preparing and updating resource histograms, progress s-curves
- Preparing look-ahead schedules
- Collecting and maintaining historical productivity rates and using them effectively for schedule monitoring and updating
- Maintain proper organization and storage of documentations and information
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in Construction sector
- A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Systematic and able to work under pressure.
- Mature, proactive, take initiative and well organized.
- Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with good time management skills
