Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and ensure these products transition to production according to specific cost, quality, and capacity goals to satisfy customer's demand.
- Align with Customer to achieve both internal team and customer's target.
- The lead and communicator between customer and internal team to achieve mass production goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams within internal team to prepare for production ramp and product transitions.
- Drive ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e. material availability, capacity readiness, transition plans).
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
- Provide support for products in a sustaining environment.
Qualification:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process is an advantage.
- Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in China.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to distil complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams.
