Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive in Business Administration to lead strategic initiatives and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.

Performance Metrics:

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Project Management:

  • Oversee major projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for senior management.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between departments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Monitor product stocks and coordinate procurement as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and Office Suites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
