DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure the smooth running and operations of the outlets
· Conduct orientation and training
· Motivate and train staff to be efficient and team-players
· Provide information for management decision making
· Responsible for general operations of all outlets/kiosk
· Manage operational manpower
· Plan, Implement and enforce all operations SOP
· Stand in for service crew if short of manpower
· Ad-hoc projects as required
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 experience in F&B retail take away concept
· Basic computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
· Action orientated; committed and reliable
· Takes initiative to solve issues or offer alternatives
