Responsibilities
- To provide the Financial Adviser operational and administrative support such as appointment scheduling;
- To support the Financial Adviser in the administrative aspects of his advisory business such as handling day-to-day processing of client trades;
- Resolve any transactional and operational issues and follow-up on outstanding cases;
- Undertaking any other adhoc projects as assigned by the Financial Adviser from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline / A-level Holders;
- Excellent follow up, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written);
- Meticulous, self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility;
- Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure;
- Prior experience in Financial Services will be an advantage;
