- Assist Project Manager for all managerial and administrative aspects of the ACMV projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing
- Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Able to lead and work closely with the ACMV project team
- Manage and planning manpower allocation
- Monitor ACMV project costing, budget and schedule
- Co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in related trades.
- Prior experience in ACMV Works will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a team environment.
