- Strong design capability, high level of creativity and good presentation skills and project management
- Knowledge of local authority requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and/or ArchiCAD
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registration with Board of Architects will be an advantage
