- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with operation team on the delivery
- 5-day work week

Requirements & Skills
- Proven with at least 3 years experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
- Diploma in Mechanical Engrg or Mechatronics advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
