Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
- Position Title: HR Assistant/HR Executive
- Working Location: Tuas (5 minutes away from MRT station)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6.20 pm
- Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $2500
- Duration: Contract (November – February, 4 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment of direct staff
- Issue Appointment Letters and apply for relevant work passes
- Monitor staff confirmation and Appraisal period
- Handle staff resignation processes including filing of IR21
- Assist staff in training registration & recording of Training KPI
- Payroll process for direct staff
- Administrative work
