Job Description:
Recruitment
• Oversee recruitment process for retail positions, from posting to hiring.
• Collaborate with other members to define job requirements and create descriptions.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Employee Relations
• Address employee issues, foster positive work environment, and handle grievances.
• Attendance management of the employees working at retail stores, and be the contact window of the payroll outsourcing company to secure the salary payment in timely manner.
• Provide counselling and support on performance, behavior, and career development.
• Review and update compensation structures to remain competitive consulting with other companies.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma related to HR.
• Experience in retail or F&B industry is required.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations.
• Smoothly and promptly communication skills with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies.
• Japanese language skill will be preferred to liaise with stakeholders
