This role required to leads the HR and Administration department, working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure that the company’s human resources programs and initiatives are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall business objectives. This role provides leadership, guidance, and fosters collaboration to ensure compliance with the Company Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure the efficient delivery of day-to-day employee life cycle activities.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement people-focused solutions that align with the company's business goals.
- Define, develop, and establish workforce plans in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Lead and drive the talent acquisition and management process to ensure the company has the right talent to support its operations and growth.
- Oversee compensation practices to uphold a pay-for-performance philosophy within the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Employee Value Proposition initiatives that align with the evolving needs of the talent pool.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in managing and overseeing a full range of HR management and development functions.
- Business Insight: Ability to understand the business and organization, utilizing data to tailor HR strategies and solutions that drive business objectives and ensure sustainable organizational performance.
- Change Champion: Skilled at fostering collaboration within the organization to address employee needs while achieving business goals, with a focus on identifying and leading organizational change.
- People Service Delivery: Expertise in delivering customer-focused HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, utilizing strong process and project management skills to ensure effective, cost-efficient service delivery, while providing valuable analytics to support business improvement.
- Organizational Development: Capable of identifying both organizational and individual capability needs, aligning strategy, people, and processes to optimize effectiveness and achieve business goals. Design interventions to drive the desired culture, behaviors, skills, and performance, while providing leadership on change management strategy and implementation.
- Resourcing and Talent Planning: Ability to identify and secure the right talent, skills, and resources to meet both immediate and long-term strategic goals.
- Learning and Development: Build both individual and organizational capabilities to meet current and future business needs, aligning with strategic objectives and enhancing operational performance.
