• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and aligning solutions with both company and client goals.
2. Lead sales and operations across Singapore, driving the execution of account strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives for the Eagle Brand product range.
3. Conduct market research and regularly visit stores to gather insights that support sales strategies.
4. Identify new opportunities to enhance product visibility and placement across supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacies, travel retail, and tourist outlets.
5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and manage promotional campaigns, ensuring that Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets are effectively allocated and adhered to.
6. Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients, securing mutually beneficial terms and fostering long-term relationships.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and sales progress to the head of sales.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with a proven track record in the FMCG sector, preferably with a focus on the analgesic market.
• Experience working with Modern Trade and Pharmacy channel clients, as well as exposure to travel retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores, is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the Singapore market dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
• Experience in trade marketing and distributor management is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to manage pressure and meet targets effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
