Requirements:

• Diploma qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience required.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently.
• Team player with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines.
• Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
• Preferably with experience in construction background

• Work with Senior Manager
• Perform vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reduce operating costs, and boost efficiency
• Maintain cordial working relationships with vendors and cross check vendor activities
• Work with Senior Manager to sign, review purchasing agreements with vendors, monitor vendor performance, and renegotiate contracts
• Manage purchase orders, oversee purchase for local and overseas suppliers
• Issue quotation and delivery order
• Coordinate tax invoice with Senior Manager after quotation confirmation
• Coordinate administrative paperwork with contractors, project management team
• Prepare for meetings, presentation slides, setting of agendas
• Petty cash management
• HR Administration
• Other duties as assigned
