Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Change Manager to join our Client Services Team, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be managing a program of initiatives including onboarding activities for a key strategic client. The Client Services Team is responsible for excellent service delivery and solutions to our asset owners, asset managers and official institutional clients covering a range of services including custody, fund accounting, middle office, collateral management, transfer agency and analytics.
Key Accountabilities

Project and Program Management [40%]
Provide project management and support the onboarding and conversions for a dedicated State Street client:
Primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and within scopeAct as the key project leader and contact for facing off with the client and the client’s Project Management Team. The Project Manager should develop knowledge of products being used in client organizations to determine how they can be leveraged or eliminated.Drive the joint and internal governance with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, issue and action logs and scope and requirements documents. Ensuring active issue management and facilitating required decision making are critical to the role.Drive closure on all aspects of the Project with support from the functional teams and SME’s, including contracts and commercials, scope and solution, project sequencing and planning, development, testing, conversion and post conversion activities.Manage workstreams in a program of projects to deliver the end-to-end client solution.Lead and support governance meetings - set meeting agendas and document meeting minutes for meetings to discuss progress and address issues to achieve milestones and objectives for the execution of the plansTrack resources, hours and hiring for resources, and rolling up globally with inputs from Global TeamsActively communicate the status of work with other team members to ensure that everyone involved is fully informed, and if necessary, re-allocate work.Client Service (Internal/External) [20%]

Define, review, recommend and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives, operating model designs, new products and services and any other client or organizational initiatives.
Collect, review and analyse information to make sound recommendations in meeting client or organisational needsIdentify and analyse opportunities to improve processes/and or reduce risk areas in order to assist in meeting client or organisational needsConsider broader organisational product offering, leverage of existing products and ensure cost effective and optimal solutions balancing tactical vs. strategic in responding to client issuesProduction of project documentation as required (initiation, scope, business and IT requirements, change request, project plans, test plans, closure, dashboards, risk and issues log, etc)Personal Development [10%]

Essential
Deep understanding of financial products and funds management industry especially in the Private Equity and Loans space (Fund of Funds, Loan servicing and Direct investments)Project management experience including management of large complex programs or projectsExcellent problem solving with critical thinking skillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and be responsible for 1 or more tasks / projectsExperience in helping clients solve business and operational problemsExcellent presentation, communication and relationship management skillsStrong time management and prioritisation skillsProven track record for delivering results as part of a dynamic team structureAbility to work well under pressureAccuracy and attention to detailAbout State Street
