Job Scope:

Job Scope:

• Liaise with Overseas Land Operators to coordinate on tour & hotel arrangements for Group package tours.
• Liaise with Airlines to request for Air group seats, monitor all group seats deposit and ticket issuance deadlines.
• Issuance of all FIT & Group air tickets and process air ticket refund as and when required.
• Update each Group Tour travellers’ details into a name list.
