Job Scope

-Maintain monthly full sets of accounts for overseas subsidiaries on real time basis and co-ordinate with banks.

-Update overseas internet sales including inventories and perform reconciliations timely and accurately.

-Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed.

-Assist with local warehouse team in upkeep of inventories on weekly basis.

-Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.

-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

About this role:

The Senior Account Executive is a inside sales role responsible for direct client contract value, retention and growth through contract expansion, and the introduction of new products and services.

What you’ll do:

• Consult with C-level executive clients to develop and implement an effective, enterprise wide strategy that maximizes the value Gartner delivers
• Manage accounts with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention and account growth
• Master and consistently execute Gartner’s internal sales methodology
• Demonstrate senior sales leadership through coaching, mentoring and developing junior sales account executives

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters or advanced degree a plus
• 5 - 8 years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably in high technology (services, software or hardware)
• Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within large global enterprises
• Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic vision into their business
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close

* Ensure timely preparation of month end closing accounts

* Prepare monthly management account and management report within stipulated dealine

* Preparation of GST reporting & income tax filing

* Maintain monthly journal schedule file

* Dealing with and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances

* Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting

documents

* Assisting in budget / forecast preparation

* Prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments, updating of cash book

* Preparation of fixed asset register

* Degree in Accountancy or ACCA certified

* Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry

* Conversant with Word, Excel and Powerpoint

* Experience in SAP is preferred

* Pro-active, hardworking, organized, posses self-discipline

• Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes
• Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
• Assembling new teams to meet clients’ or businesses’ goals
• Reporting and recording all sales activities in a web-based CRM system
• Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email
